BizCom announces new hires, promotions
JUNE 24, 2021 — BizCom announces the addition of five new team members and two promotions to support the firm’s rapidly growing client roster.
BizCom’s growth follows expansion of the agency’s services over the past year as a way to provide clients with expertise and greater access to the ever-evolving platforms they now have to reach and influence their target audiences.
Joining the BizCom team are:
Avery Barizza, a graduate from the University of Arkansas Fulbright College of Arts and Sciences, joins the team as Media Relations Coordinator where she will help generate high-level publicity across BizCom’s full roster of clients.
Arkansas native Sarah Gill, who studied film and digital media at Baylor University, joins the Digital BizCom division as Digital Account Manager. She will be responsible for monitoring client social media and implementing strategies to promote thought leadership for client executives.
Ellie Marcum joins BizCom as an Assistant Account Manager. A graduate of the University of Kentucky’s College of Communication and Information with a degree in Integrated Strategic Communication, Ellie will work on strategy development and execution for clients such as Edible Brands, Gold’s Gym, Intelivideo, Little Caesars and Neighborly.
In addition to the new team members, BizCom announces:
Elise Patterson has been promoted to Digital Account Manager/Designer. Elise, a graduate of Texas State University, provides BizCom with the ability to transform client messages into engaging and interactive images.
Madeline Rockey, a graduate of Baylor University, has been promoted to Assistant Account Manager where she will provide strategy development and implementation support for clients such as asTech, Getaround, LINE-X and School of Rock.

Loren Brown joins BizCom as Media Relations Coordinator
MARCH 3, 2021 — BizCom continues to grow its Media Relations Division with the addition of Loren Brown to its rapidly expanding team as a Media Relations Coordinator. In her new position, Brown will be responsible for providing media relations support to the agency’s world-class roster of global clients.
A graduate of the University of Oklahoma Gaylord College of Journalism and Mass Communication where she was heavily involved in the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA), Brown was with CossmanPR prior to joining BizCom.

Nicole Traycoff joins BizCom as Account Executive
FEBRUARY 23, 2021 — Veteran communications and marketing professional Nicole Traycoff has joined BizCom as an Account Executive.
Traycoff, a graduate of the University of Georgia Henry W. Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication, brings more than two decades of integrated communications experience in the corporate, nonprofit and integrated marketing agency sectors to BizCom.
Prior to joining the agency, Traycoff provided senior-level strategic public relations and digital marketing counsel to her consulting clients and integrated communications agencies located in Texas, North Carolina, Michigan and Florida. At BizCom, she will support the agency’s world-class roster of global clients in areas of strategic counsel, PR campaigns and integrated marketing.

Digital BizCom promotes Elise Patterson to Digital Account Manager
JANUARY 18, 2021 – Digital BizCom, the digital marketing division of BizCom Associates, has promoted Elise Patterson to Digital Account Manager.
Patterson, a graduate of Texas State University's honors program with majors in English and Mass Communication, joined BizCom as an intern in 2020. JANUARY 14, 2021 – BizCom has added Friendly’s Restaurants to the firm’s client roster.

BizCom promotes Andrew DeBellevue to Assistant Account Manager
JANUARY 13, 2021 – BizCom has promoted Andrew DeBellevue to the position of assistant account manager.
In his new position, DeBellevue, who joined BizCom in August 2020 as an intern, will be part of the account teams servicing a variety of clients including Edible, Intelivideo, Neighborly and Little Caesars.

BizCom's Monica Feid named to Baylor Department of Journalism, PR and New Media Advisory Board
NOVEMBER 6, 2020 – Congratulations to BizCom Co-Founder and President Monica Feid, who has been selected to serve on the Advisory Board for the Department of Journalism, Public Relations and New Media at Baylor University.
Monica, who earned a BA in Journalism from Baylor, worked in Baylor’s Office of Communications and Marketing from 1991-1995, rising to the position of director of marketing. She joins 14 other high profile industry professionals on the board that will provide guidance for Baylor Journalism, Public Relations and New Media, which is ranked in the top 5 percent of programs nationwide.
The department provides students with the most up-to-date technology and the latest editing and design software to hone their skills and the ability to work alongside faculty practitioners and scholars.

BizCom adds Intelivideo and Shoreline to client roster
OCTOBER 29, 2020 – BizCom has added two new clients to its client roster -- Intelivideo and Shoreline Recovery Center.
As the fitness industry moves toward a hybridization of in-person and digital solutions, Intelivideo has created a platform through which gyms and health clubs can offer video on demand services to their members. Intelivideo will take advantage of BizCom’s PR and digital marketing divisions to grow its industry presence nationwide.
Shoreline is a recovery center based in San Diego and retained BizCom’s PR division to enhance and promote its position as a thought leader in the areas of addiction treatment and recovery.
